We have provided Pennstate University with seasonal spot samples to gain a further understanding of nectar sources in our honey. We supplied multiple site samples in the development of their Honey DNA testing, we noticed variation in the results between samples and locations harvested within the same seasonal period. This further illustrates that honey taste, color and moisture content all vary depending on the bees environmental foraging range.
