Hold onto your hats, this hot honey is made with Carolina Reaper peppers.  Commonly referred to as scorpion peppers.  These peppers are grown for us by our friends at Renningers Farm, where we dry them and process them into a fine powder.  Warning: this is a seriously hot mix added to our summer honey, at taste testing events we find 1/50 people can handle this level of heat.
