Our creamed honey in made using the traditional Dyce method. Similar to homemade yoghurt, the honey is heated and a culture of finer clover crystalized honey is added. This allows a smoother texture in the creamed honey than the natural crystals in fall honey produce, without compromosing the robust fall flavor.
